Hal Kritzman currently holds the title of Chief Judge of the Jaguar Clubs of North America (JCNA). There are 58 affiliated clubs comprising the JCNA. He is also the Chairman of the JCNA Concours Rules Committee with the responsibilities of modifying, creating or clarifying the rules and protocols that are published in the annually produced JCNA Certified Judge's Rule Book. That annually updated Judge's Rules Book must be followed precisely by all Judges scoring every model and year Jaguar that is entered in each of the many dozen JCNA sanctioned Concours d'Elegances that affiliated clubs put on each season. Hal's accumulated Jaguar knowledge spans more than four-plus decades. He is also a Past President, Membership Chairman, and current Chief Judge of the Jaguar Club of Southern New England.
